Sales data collection

Sales data collection

The better the sales data, the better the earnings. We help you collect, structure and analyse sales data from your own systems and from external sources. Good sales data can be crucial to increasing earnings, especially in industries with low margins. We uncover where you earn the most, which customers and channels perform best, and how the market and market shares are distributed. Data can be collected and continuously updated in e.g. Excel, so you have a basis for decisions that strengthen sales and growth.

Sales data analysis

Sales data analysis

A sales data analysis gives you the necessary overview and a solid basis for decision-making in both the short and long term. By analysing your sales data, we identify patterns and trends that show where you earn the most and where there is potential for improvement. The analysis can form the basis for decisions about price adjustments, product development, launching new product areas or winding down loss-making activities. The result is a clear, data-driven basis for strengthening earnings and growth.

Market forecast

Market forecast

A market forecast gives you a clear picture of how big the market potential is and where it lies. We prepare an overview that shows opportunities across regions, sales channels and customer segments, both in Denmark and in specific export markets. With access to local sources, we ensure valid data and a solid basis for decision-making. The market forecast provides you with insight into growth potential and development trends and is therefore a safe starting point for an effective go-to-market strategy or a targeted sales plan.

Customer analysis

Customer analysis

A customer analysis provides deep insight into an existing or potential new key account that requires special focus. We analyse the customer in detail, e.g. a strategic, important retail chain abroad or a key customer in the domestic market, to uncover potential, decision paths and cooperation opportunities. The analysis combines data, market insights and local sources, so you get a clear picture of the customer's needs, position and strategy. The result is a strong foundation for sales strategy, negotiation and partnership development.

Sales strategy

Sales strategy

We develop sales strategies that create growth in the domestic market or across export markets. Based on market forecasts, we set clear goals and identify where the potential is greatest in the short and long term. We help with the selection and prioritisation of sales channels and customers and define Must Win Battles, key initiatives, possible barriers and necessary resources. The result is an actionable sales strategy that ensures focus, progress and measurable results in your business development.

Go-to-market strategy

Go-to-market strategy

A go-to-market strategy ensures an effective and well-planned launch in a new market. Based on market analysis or market forecast, we assess your readiness: Is the value proposition sharp enough in this market? Are the product, marketing, organisation and resources ready? Together we determine goals, Must Win Battlesand the most important key initiatives for the launch. The result is a clear, action-oriented plan that reduces risk, strengthens execution and increases the likelihood of successful market entry.

Sales plan

Sales plan

A sales plan translates strategy into concrete action. Based on your sales strategy or go-to-market strategy, we create a plan for key activities, timelines and responsibilities. We ensure that everyone knows when and how the activities are to be carried out, and consider special sales windows, price calculations and campaigns. The plan also includes preparation of sales pitches and materials. The result is an operational and targeted sales plan that creates structure, momentum and measurable results.

Sales sparring

Sales sparring

With sales coaching, we strengthen your sales efforts through targeted dialogue with your sales manager or sales employees. We focus on whether you have clear sales goals, clear prioritisation and a pipeline that matches your ambitions. Together, we sharpen the value proposition, the core narrative and your sales preparation, including pricing strategy and meeting preparation. The coaching provides new perspectives, concrete tools and renewed energy in your sales work, so that you stand stronger in the market and create better results.

Periodic sales check

Periodic sales check

A periodic sales check ensures that your sales strategy and sales plan are followed up and adjusted on an ongoing basis. We typically conduct sales checks after a development process where we have jointly prepared the strategy and plan. Together we assess where you stand in the execution, share success stories and identify challenges or barriers that have slowed down progress. We discuss what can be done better and how to keep the momentum going. We recommend monthly and at least quarterly sales checks to ensure continued progress and results.

Sales management

Sales management

With sales management, we offer external management and sparring that ensures focus and progress in your sales work. We are responsible for managing and leading the execution in close collaboration with the sales staff for an agreed number of hours or days each month. The ongoing management ensures that the sales effort is prioritised correctly and carried out effectively. Sales management is a flexible, interim-based alternative to hiring a sales manager and gives you strategic direction, continuity and documentable sales results.

Hands-on training

Hands-on training

With hands-on training, your sales staff receive practical 1 on 1 sparring in their daily sales work on both a strategic and tactical level. We train in outreach sales, effective follow-up and working with the sales pipeline, so that the effort is targeted and structured. Together we prepare customer dialogues and sales meetings, and we can participate as an observer to ensure optimal learning through concrete evaluation. Hands-on training strengthens sales work in practice and ensures that the strategy is translated into results.

Sales workshop

Sales workshop

A sales workshop is a sprint that brings the sales organisation together around a common direction. The workshop is held as a full-day process for sales employees, where we are responsible for both preparation and follow-up. Beforehand, the participants answer a questionnaire that uncovers the current situation and challenges in sales work. The output is an ambitious and actionable plan with a focus on Must Win Battles and key initiatives for both the team and individually for the individual salesperson.
