The Medieval Centre in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark, wanted to strengthen the guest experience and their financial foundation, but the existing store was not utilising its potential in terms of sales and interior design.
Kombination was therefore tasked with developing a new store setup with a focus on assortment, guest flow and visual identity. The goal was to create a store that both supported the experience and delivered better financial results.
The course included workshops, sparring and practical implementation. Kombination helped structure the product range, introduce a computer-based cash register system and strengthen the staff's skills in data use.
The result was a modern store with clear flow, higher turnover and better management. The Medieval Centre now has a business-oriented store operation, where guest experience and earnings go hand in hand.
